AN INTENSE WEEK END OF JIU JITSU
2 and 3 October Once again, I had the pleasure of organizing an event of Brazilian jiu jitsu in Bari This is not the first time, but on this occasion I had the opportunity to enhance even more the presence of my teacher and friend Federico Tisi.
On Saturday, in fact, there was a very interesting seminar on open guard, perhaps one of the most interesting, certainly one that has most affected and involved the participants on Sunday, however, Frederick held a second seminar, private practitioners with a minimum base of experience, full of interesting and useful details such as the gym in the league!

not forget to report the well-deserved blue belts of Danilo Scarafile , from about 2 years and my student wing chun jiu jitsu, bravissimo WCRA and passionate instructor, responsible for our group to Brindisi Province, 
and young and strong Konstantin Palagachev , a boy of extraordinary talent, who practice for years with me. Only sports discontinuity, due to higher education (in which he excels) has made that did not become a true champion, but at age 24 still has the possibility to reach any goal.
These new blue belts WCRA continue to help in the dissemination of Brazilian jiu jitsu in southern Italy, which, if I may, we are doing with excellent results, both in quantity and quality. Thanks
Federico Tisi, thanks to my kids, teachers themselves or enthusiasts, thanks to Emily and Joseph, to bear my absences on weekends!
