Kneeboard With 3 Wheels

Jiu Jitsu Seminar NO GI - July 23, 2010

Friday, July 23, Yes on 23 July, we closed the calendar of events with a very interesting seminar NO GI Jiu Jitsu taught by Simone Franceschini, known to Italians as practicing " Grigno .
Simone has been with us two times this year, surprising everyone always With his extraordinary fluidity of movement, with the incredible ease. I met
Grigno few years ago, so early in his practice, and I can say I have seen him grow in the literal sense (it is very young) technical and above all human. I was pleasantly surprised to follow her show, why fight is one thing, but we want to convey very different qualities, qualities that our Grigno has definitely matured.

How Much Money Is A Pearl Necklace

Stage BJJ Carovigno (BR) - June 26, 2010

This seminar will remember for a long time: in 20 years of daily practice, 10 of them professionally, I had several classes throughout Italy of wing chun and kali, but it was the first time I held a seminar for brazilian jiu jitsu. a small event, hosted by Danilo Scarafile, my jiu jitsu student and wing chun, but significant, because it shows how the bjj is growing, and why not, because we're growing the WCRA!
